What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device — your phone, tablet, or computer — when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work properly and to give the people who run them some basic information about how visitors use the site.
On this website, Permai uses cookies for a small number of practical purposes: keeping the site functional, understanding in broad terms how people find us, and remembering any preferences you set. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites or to build profiles for advertising purposes beyond what is described below.
You are in control. The sections below explain what each type of cookie does and let you choose which ones you are comfortable with.
Cookies We Use
Your Cookie Preferences
Use the toggles above to choose which categories you accept, then click Save Preferences. Your choice is stored in your browser and used the next time you visit. You can change these settings at any time by returning to this page.
Third-Party Services
Some cookies on this site are set by third-party services we use. These services have their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review.
Google Analytics
Provides aggregated visitor statistics. Data is anonymised before being sent to Google's servers. Google Privacy Policy
Meta (Facebook) Pixel
Used to measure ad campaign performance if advertising is active. Only placed if Marketing Cookies are accepted. Meta Privacy Policy
Google Maps
An embedded map on our homepage uses Google Maps, which may set its own cookies. These are essential for the map to function.
How Long Do Cookies Last?
Cookies fall into two main categories based on how long they stay on your device:

Mobile browsers: On Android, go to your browser's app settings. On iOS, Safari settings are under the main iPhone Settings app under Safari. The steps are similar to the desktop versions above.
Your Rights
Under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you have rights over your personal data. In relation to cookies, this means:
- Withdraw consent at any time. Use the toggles on this page to turn off optional cookie categories whenever you choose.
- Access information about data collected. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions about what data we hold.
- Delete cookies from your device at any time using your browser settings (see the section above).
- Understand the impact of refusing cookies. Disabling optional cookies will not prevent you from using this website. Disabling essential cookies may cause some features to stop working correctly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, if we add new features to the website or if cookie regulations change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be communicated via a notice on the website.
