Permai coordinates everyday home activities — errands, appointment transport, room arrangement consultations, and scheduled check-ins. We do not provide nursing, personal care, or any regulated professional service.
For errand and check-in services, we can usually begin within a few working days of an initial conversation. Home comfort assessments are booked in advance and typically scheduled within one to two weeks.
Not at all. Many of the families we work with are based elsewhere in Malaysia or abroad. Everything can be discussed and coordinated by phone, video call, or email.
Depending on the service, we send confirmation messages after each errand outing, short written summaries following check-ins, and a follow-up note after a home assessment. There is one named person to contact with questions at any time.
